They're the same plant. I'm not exactly sure how hemp differs from marijuana, but I know it's the female cannabis plant that produces THC. So hemp might be the male plants? Or perhaps a certain strain that doesn't produce THC.

Hemp doesn't produce THC. I never said they weren't related they are but they're also way different. Example deer compared to an elk

No, but that doesn't mean it doesn't contain the same chemicals as marijuana since they are so closely related
