i was just wondering if they have fixed salvage unlocking? sorry I'm new to the whole help thing i have won in salvage as i have plated the game and was just curious?

For Doubles and Salvage, as soon as you have an opportunity to play any of these playlists after the 2.0.0 patch, you should be able to earn the cards. The flags are not retroactively granted, but your stats from previous playtime in those playlists should still be there.

Kills as titan in the crucible rank 1 reflects my kills but no additional points. So that problem is still there.

Salvage and Doubles are still bugged, and not unlocking for anybody.
