Which is kind of odd, if they do not plan on removing PoE.. How does one obtain treasure keys outside of one bounty from the queen?
Also I would be pissed if I just bought the HoW and it was not the compete experience.

From the small chests at the end. I've had far better luck from them than the ether chests. Either way as the gear is subpar and it's not getting upgraded, like Trials, there probably won't be much reason to do it at all.

Although, since they are removing the elder cipher from PoE, now those exotics will have a chance to drop from the chest

I would assume you can just open the chest whenever you finish a run.
