Black ops 3 rips off destiny
To the titan smash and hunter void bow and the exo specialist this game is a blatant rip off lol how has no one noticed this garbage lol
EDIT 1: Forget to mention the cheeky rejack self rez mechanic that shoots smoke out of your ass lol
EDIT 2: Coolboymitch also mentioned the golden gun mechanic another of the specialists have.
EDIT 3: The amount of salty cod fan boys is staggering lol I rub my nipples with glee every time I read one of these stay classy guardians ;P

8 RepliesHaha. Double jump and super abilities have been around a loooong time. Game developers have been borrowing ideas from each other since the beginning, and you see a lot of old ideas in "Destiny". The better question is how abilities like double jump, wall running, and ground pound benefit a tactical shooter like Call of Duty? [spoiler]They don't.[/spoiler]

they always copy stuff from other games to try and draw people from those certain games crowds, with Destiny being a very popular game in current times it makes sense for them to want to copy it. Call of Duty has no identity, or they did but now they're just money whores.

if you read the credits from the pile ocrap that was advanced warfare (boost jumps invisible perks weaps that regenerate ammo .........any of this ring any bells ???) it says thanks to our friends at bungie so shareing ideas software/script and sound effects (theres a lot f sounds in advanced warfare that are shared with destiny) are nothing new esp if acti can cut costs and get the games made cheaper and faster

2 RepliesFunny how people complain about Hakke's weapons is ripping off COD:AW weapons. While there are people complaining about COD:BO3 ripping off the supers off of Destiny(even still Destiny weren't the first one to think of a one-shot gun,self res,a ground slam, and more). I find that to be pretty ironic.

7 Replies*sigh* -Both are under Activision so its essentially sharing at this point. The Specialist abilities may be extremely similar, but are in now way as deadly as the supers in Destiny. The time to kill is so high that it is extremely easy to shut down people using Annihilator/Tempest/Sparrow/etc, and the hit boxes are so much smaller so firing off one of these does not net you a kill every time. -Game mechanics are "stolen" for EVERY game, including wall running. Titanfall did not invent this mechanic and was certainly not the first to use it as a key mechanic.
