When did Bungie ever state that you can't upgrade exotics to current power for taken King? I specifically heard them say only a few exotics will be reworked. Meaning that they are changing some of the exotic's perks. Doesn't mean the ones they aren't changing gets "left behind" right? Correct me if I'm wrong
