Trials of Osiris disconnect
While playing Trials of Osiris I was randomly disconnected and could not join back the game and it counted towards a loss on my passage. When it said contacting Destiny servers I checked my connection multiple times and it was fine.

You got ddosed, nothing you can do. Blame bungie for not having dedicated servers.
