I will add this because it may have been changed; I did this about the 2nd or 3rd week after HoW released on my first PoE Exotic Bounty. I RARELY run the strike playlist anymore, MAYBE ten times total since HoW.

It is all about luck I guess. I have had a total of 5 Hopscotch Pilgrims. But I cannot get 1 Mida. Lucky of the draw I guess. Ask and you shall not receive.

Yeah, I had never gotten an exotic to drop in strikes or crucible until searching for my hopscotch. Got a NLB during my hunt lol
