You sure got me! The only bosses that you don't stun lock and Gjallarhorn instead (can still use black hammer on all but Omnigul and Valus because of her moving and his tiny head).

Undying mind and nexus are impossible,too because of their rotating shield (exept you do the nexus from the top

Or you just wait for the shield to rotate... And fire. Then when you proc Black Hammer and don't think you can get it again, you wait until the next time.
