Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.

1 ReplyAt this point so many people are cheating and it being written off as a bad connection I report anyone who lags with all three red options and bad connection. Bungie will end up looking at them and seeing if they were cheating or not. Hopefully the next ban number will be in the thousands like it shouldve been this time.

I would only report them if the red bar stayed for several games. It is not always the person, sometimes it is server issues so I give them a chance. Then again, for every person I report, I try to report others I meet for being friendly or excellent players (teabaggers do not get reported as good players no matter how good because they are being douchebags).

Well the way I see it is if someone is constantly checkeing each persons bar bfore a match more than likeky that oerson is just looking for sonething to blame their lack of skill on. Just hone up and admit when you get your ass handed to you like i do when I lose. Its ok because I am only gonna get better. And if i happen to not get better (which is highly unlikely as i catch on very quick) then so be it. At least I had fun doing so.

When I red bar I just keep on playing because it usually goes both ways and I just want to play. Can't help that my internet provider has shit internet at times but it's not like I purposely lag.

I was just playing a game where these dude had the meanest red bar. both doing pretty good ,positive kds. I rushed one with radiance with radiant skin and he ate nades and bullets without a super and survived, while i died. How can I not report that.

I only report if they're clearly skipping around the map and they're top in their team. At which point they're obvs cheating.

I heard when you report for bad connection you are less likely to be matched up with that red bar person again. So, when everyone's on green butt that one person. You bet Ima report that guardian for bad connection so I don't have to deal with their red bar shenanigans & throw in cheating for good measure
