As cheap as it is sometimes, it's part of their Super, so it wouldn't make sense to take it away.

Nope it shouldn't. Yes, fighting 3 sunsingers can be a pain but is very doable. Look if you see the other team with sunsinger. Simply do not feed kills. Try beating them 5-0 or 4-1, whatever just don't give the warlock kills. Also memorize which tag is the warlock. Play smart. If you kill them back away just in case. Also when the round seems like it's over, still go revive your teammates just in case of a rez. Hell if you wanna ban self rez, ban invisibility by the hunters. IMO that is the dirtiest low class move ever if you have to cower in invisibility just to get kills.

1 ReplyOp is right, Self Res circumvents the game type elimination sunsingers should be restricted to radiant skin. if they want to change the game type to skirmish eliminating the need for bitch tactics thats fine. but if you used sunsinger to go flawless your a scrub.

Disagreed, if you're going to take one super out you might as well take them all out. While they are at it, throw out the radar and heavy ammo as well.

I find that using 1 super can almost guaranteed a win. But all supers are used at the beginning like blade dance, than later in the game like radiance (when you need to revive) so just because the opponents lost later in the round than the beginning, it gives the appearance of being OP. Plus a good impact sniper like her benevolence can 1 shot the fireborn and you can lock down the self Rez with a half decent sniper

4 RepliesThe auto tracking grenades either just need their initial radius reduced or once a player has been detected by it, if the player escapes the radius before getting hit they shouldn't get hit.

3 RepliesI use Self Res in trials a lot as well, but it isn't as OP as you think... nowhere near as OP as that bladedancer waiting around the corner, or that titan that flanks your team only to panic fist all three of you without lube. On the flip Side, I've also shut down a lot of self reviving warlocks, Suppressor grenades, Rockets, Lord of Wolves, Queenbreaker's Bow to the Head, grenades that stick, and well timed melee hits while strafing does wonders. If you complain about Supers in a highly competitive game mode, maybe you should go back to normal crucible and work on countering them or..... learning when and where to expect them.

Meh, it only happens once per match if you play right, and it's easy to kill if you have teammates aiming at them or your super. It's fine

Why would you to restrict something that not only gives us free kills, but wastes warlock supers as well? I'd take Sunsinger over Voidwalker any day.

I think self res is completely viable, but it should be changed so that it can't be used after your entire team is down. you can't use it after the all allies down timer goes off.t
