In my opinion you should only get the exotic emblem if you open the lighthouse chest with a mercy on your character, meaning you didn't lose at all.

This is an interesting idea. Maybe have a different emblem for 9-0 instead of 7-0

Not sure how big a difference going 7-0 is over 7-1. Maybe 0.2% less people would have the emblem.
