Why do southern people stare a lot? I don't mean any offense to anyone. I just want to know.

1 ReplyMy question is. Where did you learn your grammar? Cuz it's not that great, it made your post difficult to read. But, I live in the south and don't even notice this. A majority of the time, when you make eye contact with someone here - especially while driving or walking - it's polite and expected for some sort of acknowledgement via a wave, nod, a hello, what have you
