PVE -> raid completions
PVP -> KD
Nothing else really matter for these areas. Grimoire means something for PVE but mostly it's grind, not skill.

raid completions dont equal skill either though ...

There's only so much skill involved in PVE. It's a lot more about just memorizing the fight mechanics and repeating it. Having a high amount of completions means you know how to go through the motions which will get you through any raid.
