Ok...good point, no.
But what this nerf does is take away the one thing that made it a very special and incredible weapon.
Now it just becomes a sniper with instant reload while you quickly burn away your ammo.
It wasn't being abused. There weren't any Black Hammer only posts on LFG....this nerf just seems unneeded.
