Isn't Bungie already doing that? They changed the Atheon fight (who teleports), they changed Crota's bridge encounter, they nerfed Suros (the Vex nerf was good, that thing was way too OP in Crucible), they made us use shotguns more in stead of fusion rifles (actually a good thing, but still it's how they wanted us to play).
