As you ascend the ranks of the Family, you'll be inducted into it, which, given your skills, won't be very long. At that point, you're pretty much free to do whatever you want. You'll get a house like mine, bodyguards, and free roam of the sewers. I usually just spend my time hunting down people that need to be killed. It passes the time.
