No, u just have to deal with it, there a business lime every other, but in the video game world, customer service isn't really relavent

If customer service was irrelevant, then why do companys spend so much money on the divisions that run customer service?

Ur correct, bungie doesn't have a huge customer service aside from general FAQs, when I say customer service I mean more about how we're treated as customer.
