You do realize that he went to SS4 and then ascended past that. If you been keeping up with the show and movies he went to God mode and even surpassed that. He ascended past being a God.

SS4 altered his body like I said to make it strong enough, and "God" mode for one is stupid, and isn't the same as his normal energy. Goku literally says he can't use SS3 for long because of his limits, so argument over.
