Fact: Goku and Vegeta > The entire Destiny loreverse
Prove me wrong. I'm a lore expert on Destiny, so odds are I can refute any argument you provide that favors Destiny. Vegeta and Goku would beat the entire Destiny universe in a fight.
Lets also assume they know the mechanics for the VoG and Crota's End.

On a serious note destiny would win because the darkness itself is residing in alternate realities and dimensions. Combining the armies of darkness, the vex can make sure goku and his annoying friends parent were never born, killing them before anything happened. Cabal could just destroy their homeworld but not much else. Hive will pull their entire race out of the Erebus dimensions and adapt the darkness technology and turn the 2 against each other.
