So, REAL crime happens and you would rather have officers at a home checking for video game violation when crimes like murder, -blam!- and pedophilia are occurring? Is that where you want my tax dollars to go? Accountability has to happen somewhere and at some time. Parents are the first and most important line of defense. To propose that is to assume that all parents are similar, when in fact, it is only the actions of a few that really fall short. No matter how much you try to censor/monitor stuff, some kids will always find a way past it. That is just fact. I monitor everything my son does and make it a point to explain the "why" in circumstances that I see fit to, so don't worry about my kids and what they are doing. I am their parent. I have this under control. Thank you.

The law can't enforce it. First Amendment. Just like it can't enforce an R rated movie.

They can enforce taking away flags. Isn't that violating first amendment rights? The government doesn't give a crap about the constitution and the amendments sir.

Of course I have, which is why you got the answer you did. General Lee's [b]War[/b] Flag, not the Confederate flag, was taken down from South Carolina's Capitol. It was removed from store shelves. It is not banned in any way, shape or form... Nor are you unable to obtain one.

No, it shouldn't. Don't try and parent other people's kids. Also, I would like to mention that people much more intelligent than you have brought these up, and guess what? Ratings still aren't enforced.
