I honestly find them more manageable to deal with than most of the other races. A simple nerf can put down their Bullet Spongy-ness. The Fallen and Vex some bullshit though with their long range Beam Snipers. :/ It's especially bad that The Fallen have those Tracking Bullets, and long range shotguns.

Fallen and Vex require skill full manuverability While cabal are boring and mundane bullet sponges.

Pretty much. I mean Cabal like to remain Stationary and they make for easy Targets.
