How good is my fulcrum?
It's on my Titan. I rerolled it 3 times to get it this way. Should I keep it or roll again? Any advise or comments would be appreciated. Thx.
Also, is it a PvP or a PvE gun or both?
Edit 1: Thx for the feed back guardians. Much appreciated. So what I'm taking from this is that it has similar stats to hawkmoon? Am I correct? Mini hawkmoon?
