I've got the perfect exotic idea.
An exotic ARC Rocket Launcher.
Name:??
The only thing that matters about this RL is instead of tracking rounds it shoots rounds lightning fast (almost sniper speed) with a trail of lightning.
And for its special perk when it hits it creates an electrical field that's similar to the Titan grenade but less range and in all directions.
This needs to happen. NOW

Like the pulse, or lightning grenade? This exotic seems too similar to dragons breath so my suggestion is make grenade stick to its target to guarantee the damage.
