This may be just personal skill/preference but my TLW out classes thorn 85 percent of the time

This. I never used TLW before this iron banner and my k/d has suffered. Of the 6 matches I played yesterday I went negative k/d twice and it was only 1 death more than kills

Yea I don't get all the fuss about Thorn when TLW outplays it in nearly every aspect. Other than at the longest of ranges and the DoT, TLW, when pitied against a Thorn of players of equal standing, will come out on top. Both do around the same damage but TLW shoots quicker and has a quicker Time to Kill. If you're getting "sniped" by Thorn, use a sniper. If it's medium range, use TLW, and if it's close range, use a shotgun. If you're dying at any of these ranges using these guns against Thorn, then it's not the guns, it's the player who needs a buff.
