ATTENTION ALL WARLOCKS
Which subclass do you prefer? Explain why below. Me personally, I use Voidwalker everywhere except the Hard Raid and a few select Nightfalls.

Void walker all the way. Only use sunsinger for a non-void nightfall or maybe part of a raid. Void walker was my favorite before the obsidian mind and after, even more. Maxed out intellect, bloom, and obsidian mind make some of the most fun in the game.

I only run Sunsinger in ToO and occasionally for nightfalls. Every other activity I run Voidwalker. [spoiler]I voted Sunsinger just bc of the reference;)[/spoiler]

Sunsinger is good when you're taking things seriously, voidwalker is fun for making things explode (annihilate and shatter, bloom and scatter grenade with obsidian mind or nothing manacles to make more explosions).

7 RepliesAs a day one warlock I liked voidwalker, but sunsinger was just so tantalizing at lv15. However, now that I have been forced to play sunsinger so long with nightfalls and raids and such I just really enjoy when I play voidwalker. I am super excited about the new exotic scatter grenande guantlets

3 RepliesSunsinger is my preferred choice. Though the Ram, Nothing Manacles, and Obsidian Mind make the Voidwalker very entertaining, I can't get over the sheer DPS difference. Sunsingers easily have the highest DPS of the classes (if specced and geared correctly) which makes for amazing glass cannoniness. Lmao, jk. It's more like a tank with hell of a lot of fire(heh)power. Also, Firebolts in PvP are honestly the best things to ever have existed. And the Claws with a Sunsinger? Two one-hit kill melees whilst Radiance is active only to apply one over-shield after another [b]WHILE[/b] it stacks with Radiant Skin [b]AND[/b] the resistance buff given by default? Lmao, need I say more?

It depends on what mode I'm playing. For Pve and raids you pretty much need to be a Sunsinger so you can save yourself and your teammates. For PvP Voidwalker to cast that final Novabomb at the end of crucible to make your enemies disappear into nothingness.

Used to be an out and out Voidwalker, but then I started using a build with double Scorch and Grenades, surprisingly good in PvP as no one expects a second Scorch :)

That depends on what you are wanting to do if you want to be a 1 Guardian onslaught you want voidwalker if you want supportive team player you want sunsinger so I am on the fence so to speak lol

I have the ram for void walker and a bond that glows purple. When I switch to sunsinger I have apotheosis veil and a glowy flame bond. I like both subclasses. Void walker for strikes/ grinding/ little stuff. Sunsinger for raids and PoE.
