Tired of hearing that Titans got the shaft with exotic HoW armor? Then look no further than Peregrine Greaves!

You're right, it does sound pretty useless. How much damage could it possibly increase? Well the answer is: A LOT.
See that Sunsinger with Ram? Radiant Skin, wow, what a tanky mother-blam!-er. It's too bad he dies when you knee him in the face.
Voidwalker about to lob a collapsing star at you? No problem. Kneenja him before he does that.
Little striker pissing his pants and about to level the place with a Fist of Panic? Professional counsellors advocate the use of Peregrine Greaves during panic attacks.
Armor of Light Defender, nigh invulnerable to everything but collapsing stars, beams of Solar Light, giant shockwaves of arc energ- FAAALLCCON KNEE
Cloud wannabes omnislashing around the place with an electric toothpick? Say hello to my MOTHER-blam!-ING O-KNEE-CHAN.
It gives your flying knee attack 300% increased damage. That's 600 damage in crucible! In comparison, the hp of anything in pvp is... Significantly less than that. Not only is it a melee attack, it's also an arc attack. Arc burn and brawler modifier on? Enjoy oneshotting that Hallowed Ogre. It'll deal more damage than Celestial Nighthawk. With solar burn.
Oh yea, did I mention that it also turns your knees into [url=http://i.imgur.com/pks4Rq6.jpg]lightsabers[/url] when shoulder charge is active? And most importantly, it changes colour with your shaders. Checkmate Warlock and Hunter peasants.

13 RepliesBy the time your knee makes contact with that Bladedancer, his blade will already be in your gut. Just as your knee approaches that Sunsinger, their palm will be ready to meet you with a Helios-level high five. Armor of Light won't protect a Defender from your knee, and your knee surely won't protect you from his shotgun. Good luck getting use out of these grieves against Voidwalkers and Strikers who happen to be casting their Supers; you would have to catch them at [i]just[/i] the right moment to make this meager Exotic worth your while. Bungie has made yet [i]another[/i] terrible Titan Exotic, what a surprise.

Let me just run up on a sunsinger with radiant skin. Oh wait they saw me. Oh look, a fusion grenade on my face. Well I'll try a bladedancer then. Oh wait, he got me. Well I'll get the defender then. Oh no, one of them stepped out of the bubble and shot me whilst I was charging them. I'll get his striker friend I guess. Oh I forgot, there's no way for me to have shoulder charge primed and be in the air when s striker decides to randomly activate their super. Okay, on to the void walker I suppose... Hm... I think if I tell him to be in the air when I am and to wait until I get within a couple arm lengths of him to activate his super, I should be able to kill him. Oh yeah that gunslinger over there shot me too

They are good but too situational to be useful. A sunsinger, while u can try a shoulder charge if u get close enough they can just melee u...or as we all know Titans with armor of light sit in bubbles with shot guns. Not to mention you have to sprint for a specific amount of time to get it ready. In my opinion not worth the exotic slot. I would rather use armamentarium.

Do you realize how perfect ones timing would have to be to accomplish those kills? Shoulder charge requires a three second sprint up time goes away after a 5 second window of no use then you must stop and start again.... Do you realize how little split second time you would have to hit a FOH or Nova bomb? Sunsinger maybe but hey you see a Titan charging in radiance you have a OHKO melee as well and mad grenades
