No I actually like this. I've gotten like 40 strange coins this week already, and I haven't done the weekly heroic once.

It's not supposed to be [i]that[/i] rare. Think about it - every weapon needs it now to be upgraded. Do you want it to take 12 months to get your full load out upgraded to max damage? I don't. I'd say 10-20 coins is fair game. That'd basically be 1-2 weeklies for a single gear upgrade.
