You and everyone else saying stuff like this don't seem to understand that many people have literally hundreds of coins, like 4 or 5 hundred or even more, you want all those people to be able to get max level just by buying it in the tower?

Well I just put a number out there I think it should be a high number so that you actually need to save for it. Not just do one weekly and be like k I'm good.
