3/8 that's less than half the clip, and I know Dragon's Breath is solar. I thought void would be cool.

Still on hand cannons with the 1 shot with extra damage it seems like 3 is too many. Just my opinion I mean you asked for it, and what is DB known for ? The solar flare without that it kinda seems absolute I would go for more of a kinda percent like you have a 3 - 7 % chance to get a DOT solar flare effect.
