My impression is that it's probably going to be quite powerful against majors. They're trying to make shoulder charge relevant in pve. Everyone runs unstoppable.

Shoulder charge has lots of applications if you're creative, it definitely needs some help in the damage department though

Everyone runs [b]Defender[/b].[/quote] Fixed it for you :) maybe, might make striker relevant at least for reckless play outside of nightfalls and raids, like ROC strikes and maybe Prison of Elders if that turns out to be very unpredictable.
