What is the point of Peregrine Greaves?
Seriously, why would anyone ever equip this? Why would you want bonus shoulder charge damage in the air? It is already a OHK in almost all PVP, and you'd be crazy to try it in Trials of Osiris, so it would only maybe work for Iron Banner. And unless we are talking about OHK majors and ultras, why would people ever want this for PVE?
Seriously, unless there is something I'm missing, I'd rather them just not add it so it does not pollute the exotic pool like NLB did :/
Am I missing something?

5 RepliesThey're honestly a joke exotic and only good for having fun, but they have animation if you are in the the air with shoulder charge ready, blue blades extend from your knees.

Fewer things are more satisfying then kneeing a Bladedancer or Radiance Warlock in the face and annihilating them and canceling their super. It's so much fun. Besides fun? I often do crucible using abilities only on my Titan, shoulder charging people left and right. You can OHK an arc Blade, ram warlock, a non-ram sunsinger, and defender in their bubble with the greaves on. Haven't come across a ram sunsinger yet, so not sure about that.

100% guaranteed to kill anything in PvP. A crap ton of damage in PvE. Much better exotics out there though.

Sooooooooooooooooooo much win!! Seriously though I think it does 4x normal damage likes khepris sting. Makes you want to knee everything in sight.

2 RepliesI never use it either, but I had a friend use it on Taniks a few weeks ago when there was arc burn and maybe brawler or something. He one-shot Taniks dead with a knee to the face. Lol

Them jordans work wonders in arc burn nightfalls... esp if you have brawler on as well oh my goodness... but they are only good for one thing and one thing only in pvp and that is to counter defenders, arc blades, and sunsingers. Maybe voidealkers idk im no titan but it seems possible.

I agree they're not the best but the idea of jumping at a high rate of speed and smashing something in the face with my knee is delightful

A normal shoulder charge will not one hit kill a titan in his bubble, with peregrine greaves equipped this is possible, I only use them for PVP, I'd never wear them in PVE, I must admit they are mostly used for cosmetic purposes. Wish they had a hidden perk like aim assist or quick equip.

While shoulder charge is ready and you jump through air blades come out of the knees. You can one hit a ram warlock. Probably one hit any other guardian mid super. They allow more heavy ammo. Look cool if you don't have any other exotic to put on.
