Well how do you plan on doing that? I'm sure that they are thousands and thousands of light years away and the fastest something can possibly go is 99.999999999% of the speed of light. And even if we could go that fast and reach those planets we would spend such a long time doing that, that the planet might be dead by the time we get there.
