Come on man there was no story in this game for there to be a back story. I shouldn't have to leave the game to understand what's going on. Imagine making a sequel to a film where the first instalment had nothing in it from a story standpoint. If Destiny 2 has an actual story implemented then for me that is the beginning not a sequel. It's summed up for us with the traveller's statement that he could tell us but he wont...which is because even he has no idea.
