The way that special ammo works so that people always have access to a 1 shot kill is OP (that goes for snipers & fusions too) I'd like to see special ammo made like heavy, forcing gun fights to be about skill

That would bring me back to PVP more often. I hate dying to 1 shot weapons so often, especially when players take advantage of not showing up on the radar but I can't blame them for what Bungie put in the game.

Exactly it's just my opinion that nobody should have access to 1 shot a kill all the time
