What you see on the screen IS NOT the same as what other people see on their screen when it comes to Engrams, Ammo, etc. If you see a Legendary Engram, no one else can pick it up OR SEE IT. Only you see it. Same goes for other players. If they kill an enemy and Heavy Ammo drops, only THEY see it...not you.
