Many think they are elite, when in reality it just means they have put in a lot more time.

Yes sir that is the case wit a lot of them. Sometimes the first one to die lol but it was ofc someone else's fault

I also think it's one of the reasons so many require a maxes this or that. They aren't good enough without them so they don't think anyone else can be. Just my two cents which are worth...well...probably less than two cents.

I've actually found that most of the elite 32s are good people and the ones who are jerks or require certain weapons only think they are. Not entirely, but as a whole I have found this to be true.

Not being a douche at all. Being a douche would mean after you hit level 32 you looked down on everyone else after hitting it.

I just saw it as an advantage for my team and others to help complete the raid with higher damage swordbearing.
