Right guys so I've spent some of my last few days looking for the little bastard (yes his normal spot in Russia) with no luck with leads me to believe that he is sadly, gone. If anyone has 2 sense to put in about it go ahead. Otherwise, will be considering putting out a vote to bring back one of the most fun parts of destiny history. Long live Randall
