Close to 500 hours, no ghjallahorn, losing hope.
Day one destiny player. Almost 500 hours total combined playing time and still have yet to earn the rare ghjallahorn. Have 3 accounts play raids and nightfall weekly. What do I have to do to get this weapon?? It's hilarious that I can get 9 vex mythoclast but no ghjallahorn. Losing hope guys..

I got Ghallerhorn from Nightfall this week. Then got Red Death from Crota. I did VoG and got Hardlight from Atheon that I didn't buy from Xur.

Got my 1st around 600, then 2nd around 624, and 3rd yesterday around 650 hours... Don't worry. Also, it seems when people say when you get Gjallarhorn for the first time, then it drops crazy afterwards.

I got my first gjallarhorn somewhere between 1100 and 1150 hours played. So yeah there you go, I hope it doesn't take as long for you guardian.

Losing hope guys..[/quote] Have done nearly 1400 hours and got my first one around the 1000 hour mark, ive had 4 since, so just keep grinding bro, it will come and then you will get too many. My son is a level 24 and never done a raid, he picked up a blue engram from a random chest on Venus, took it to the crytarch and it was a Gjalahorn, how unfair is that?

Just found my third one today killing crota on Hard

Did crota last night twice. Did the sword once and had to pick it up when the bearer died second time. Got 4 shards. Someone got Gjallahorn and blackhammer at once. Really trying to be happy for him...trying so hard.

The whole game isn't about that 1 gun I only use it for crota it's not that useful anywhere else apart from nightfall or weeklys with tri burn (taste the rainbow) or solar burn

My Postmaster package contained a decoherent blue helmet engram and a decoherent legendary heavy engram...and bam! Suddenly I'm in the G club.
