Isn't plan c available from a bounty? Pretty sure I got mine like that.
And if that is true was is thorn off the table?

None are, even the Plan C wasn't I've been there lol, I thought I got my UR from Xur, turns out it must have been a drop

No plan c is that one with the scope with the spikes on. You can get pocket infinity from a bounty though. That one with the automatic perk.
