Tired of all this whining. I didn't have Gally for the longest time and made due with whatever I had. I was ecstatic when it finally dropped. I'm also tired of Bungie nerfing/buffing the weapons. Just let us use them as they are and stop trying to make us play the way YOU think we should play. I realize it is all a tactic to try to keep people interested in the game since with zero new weekly content the stuff gets old and stale fast.

Quit whining about not having gally after 500 hours. The last exotic I needed for collection was universal remote. Got after 1300 hours of playtime. And low and behold xur sold it two days later. Keep playing and eventually you get everything.

I used to care about getting a Suros Regime and a Gjallarhorn, but I got over it. If I got one now, I'd probably just dismantle it (Hahaha. J/k. I'd use the rocket and auto rifle telemetry I've been saving and max those beasts out). My Vanquisher VIII destroys in PvP and PvE. Truth, Valedictorian, Radegast, Ice Breaker and Zombie Apocalypse serve me well in battle after battle. Not having those top tier items makes this game more of a challenge. When I mow someone down in Crucible who has a Suros more times then they kill me with my non-exotic, it feels good. Or when I take out a Gjallarhorn holder with a well aimed Ice Breaker round between the eyes, it good to know that one little bullet can stop those Wolf Pack rounds. I do get jealous when I see someone in a raid or strike with a Gjallarhorn and watch their Wolf Pack rounds pound their target(s). It just means that I have to be be twice as good. Fortunately, having these guns doesn't mean you're skilled. Just lucky.

They didn't need auto rifles to make them "fair" they nerfed them to have a wider range of guns being used

You know it doesn't do Bungie any good for people to say "I quit Destiny after 700 hours of playing and I never got the Gjallarhorn". If people leave without getting Ghorn they'll take that mindset to Destiny 2. They'll say "I'm not putting in another 700 hours without getting the best gun again". Bungie is in danger of this.
