Did I miss some update where gjallarhorn was removed completely from loot tables? As far as I know everyone has the exact same chance to get it from anything that has the chance to drop an exotic thus making fair. Or did we change the definition of "fair" as well?

Most of the autorifle nerfs were due to unfairness in PvP. Who cares if something is op in pve? Crota? Haha. If you have truth or another tracking rocket, level headed people shouldn't care if you don't have gjally. So what's the problem with it?
