http://destinyghosthunter.net/ghosts/psn/strandy85/earth/ Click the link above. Strandy85 did just that, and he has 100 out of 68. That is the only way I'm aware you can get more than 68 ghosts without going into Terminus or Kings' Watch. Thanks for letting me know! I love this forum. : )
