It's random. This kind of stuff was being posted in the borderlands 2 forums ages ago. Your brain will always try to make sense of things and likes looking for patterns, there aren't any.
I do believe the RNG system is weighted where item A might only have a 0.00005% chance of dropping and item B might have 5% chance of dropping, but its still random!

Borderlands Rng works well because of loot tables. Unlike destiny

So does Destiny. The loot tables apply to the whole game and raid stages. And Xur.

well, let's say that GH has a 0.00005% chance of drop, do you realize the odds of getting it dropped more than once? i can't imagine, cause i'm not good in maths, but i do know that the odds are ungraspable

Each spin is independent of the last. You have same chance winning the lottery ever week you play. Even if you win last week, the odds of the numbers you play coming out this week are the same.
